Job 1 · you drive

🔑 I want to rent a car

You need a vehicle for a day (or listed period). You pay with a card. You sit in the driver seat.

Job 2 · you earn

🚗 I want to drive for money

You want to work using JM (or partner) cars. Not renting for yourself — earning as a driver.

3-step apply → insurance check → wait for yes

Put your car on this lot so others can rent it, lease it, or drive it under profit-share.

List by VIN → choose program → photos
Job 4 · someone else drives

🚕 I need a ride / a driver

You do not want to drive. You want a person to take you (for example airport). Different from car rental.

Read below · then call the office
Do not mix these up. Rent = you drive. Drive for JM = you are the worker. List = you own the car. Need a ride = call office; not always same-day on the website.

Job 1 — Rent a car (you drive)

  1. Open the live lot.
  2. Find a car marked rent · you drive.
  3. Tap Pay & book (Stripe card pay).
  4. Office confirms pickup. Bring license / ID as asked. You drive away.

You pay list price + card fees. You are not hired as a driver.

Job 2 — Drive for money

  1. Open the 3-step apply form.
  2. Insurance gate: 5+ years driving and 5+ years mechanic (form blocks under that).
  3. Office is emailed. You may get insurance / MVR links.
  4. A human says yes → keys. Default money split: 70% you / 30% JM of net after app fees (can change in writing).

Cars marked “profit share” are for this path — not for personal rent.

Job 3 — You own the car

  1. Open List a car.
  2. Enter the VIN (fills make / model / year).
  3. Pick a program:
    RentOther people pay to drive your car for a day.
    LeaseA screened driver keeps it for a longer period.
    Profit-shareDriver uses it to earn on rideshare-style work; you share money under written rules.
    AlwaysYou (or JM desk) still approve who gets keys.
  4. Add photos / Google Drive folder. Car can show on the public lot.

Job 4 — I need a ride (driver + car)

This is not “rent a car.” You want someone else behind the wheel (airport drop, transfer, etc.). Availability depends on approved drivers and office rules that day.
