What this is

Our facility program — not a software store for other people to buy.
Advertise & hire drivers — apply online, finish checks, get approved.
Rent cars — list by VIN, photos, pay on Stripe.
Airport ride + park — leave your car on our lot; get a ride when we offer it.
Self-manage — AI help + Google Drive/Calendar so you are not calling the office for every step.

If you want to drive

Apply at the live lot (driver form).
Get insurance (rideshare type if needed).
Do MVR + background on the partner site.
Owner approves.
Drive. Default split: 70% you / 30% JM of net after app fees (written deal can change it).

Pick a car that is listed for rent.
Pay online (Stripe).
Follow pickup rules from owner / AI help.

Airport ride + park

You can leave your car on our lot and take a ride when we offer it (or the reverse: ride back to pick up). Rules and rates are set by JM. This is a local service from our address — not an airline parking franchise.
